On The Job By Anita Bruzzese Childless Workers Deserve Fairness

On the Job by Anita Bruzzese Helpful information and recommendation from America's favorite office columnist Wednesday, December 19, Great submit. I have personally witnessed the ire of childless staff who feel like dad and mom get special remedy that is by no means to be reciprocated. I even have to confess that they've a point. It's one way or the other acceptable to depart work early on your child's play, however it's frowned upon if you wish to go see a play yourself, for pure recreation. It's not like one can say that everybody builds a family eventually and can get what's coming to them then, as a result of that's not true. Childless workers need work/life steadiness too, and that have to be taken under consideration NOW. Alexandra Levit Author, They Don't Teach Corporate in College Blogger, Water Cooler Wisdom I think one other problem is that working dad and mom will say they make up their work whereas at residence or on weekends. But is that actually a reciprocal agreement when a childless person must put within the time in an office... answering phones, coping with prospects, answering a boss's questions, etc., whereas the working parent is away at a baby's occasion? It's something that must be discussed, with out childless staff feeling like they will be attacked for his or her views.
